Terms of Service
The rules for using Noder Studio: what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

The short version
A quick guide. The full text below is what counts.
- By using Noder Studio, you agree to these terms.
- Companies are responsible for their interviews, for telling their candidates about them, and for their hiring decisions.
- Candidates answer on their own, without cheating tools.
- AI scores help people decide. They can be wrong, and they never decide alone.
- You own what you create. We only use it to run the service for you.
- Noder Studio is still young, so features can change.
1.Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Noder Studio, Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). They apply when you visit noder.studio, create an account, build an interview, or take one.
If you use Noder Studio for a company, you accept these terms for that company, and you confirm you are allowed to. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2.Your account
- Companies join by invitation. Team members join when someone in their company invites them.
- Candidates can create a member account themselves, or take an interview from a link without one.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Give us true details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got into it, tell us right away.
You can also sign in with Google or LinkedIn. Their own terms apply to that part.
3.If you use Noder Studio for a company
You decide what your interviews ask and who takes them, so you are responsible for them. In particular:
- You need a lawful reason to interview each candidate and to process their answers.
- You tell candidates how their data is used. If an interview is monitored, Noder Studio asks the candidate for consent before it starts. It is your choice to turn monitoring on.
- Your questions and scoring must not treat people unfairly because of who they are, and must follow employment law.
- People at your company make the hiring decision. Read the answers, not only the scores.
- You give access only to people who should have it, and remove it when they leave.
For the candidate data we process on your behalf, a data processing agreement between your company and us applies.
4.If you take an interview
- Answer on your own, unless the company says otherwise.
- Don't use tools or other people to answer for you, and don't try to get around the monitoring.
- Your answers go to the company that invited you. That company decides what happens next, not Noder Studio.
If you have a question about a result or a decision, ask the company that invited you.
5.What you must not do
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Upload anything harmful, illegal, or that you have no right to share, including viruses.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's account.
- Try to get into accounts, data, or parts of the service that aren't yours.
- Copy the service, take it apart to learn its code, or collect its content with bots.
- Put so much load on the service that it slows down for others.
6.AI features
Noder Studio uses AI to turn voice into text, read questions aloud, score answers, write summaries, and help build interviews. AI can make mistakes. A score is a starting point for a person, not a final answer.
Every score can be checked and changed by the company, and the company stays responsible for any decision it makes with it. Which AI providers we use is listed in the Privacy Policy.
7.Your content and ours
What you create stays yours. That covers interviews, questions, and answers. You allow us to store, process, and show it, only as far as we need to run Noder Studio for you.
Noder Studio itself is ours. The app, its design, and its code belong to us. These terms give you the right to use it, not to own it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Noder Studio, without owing you anything for it.
8.An early version of the service
Noder Studio is new and still changing. We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may sometimes be down for updates or fixes. We do our best to keep it running and to warn you before big changes, but we can't promise it will always be available.
9.Fees
Noder Studio is free while it is in early access. If we add paid plans, we will tell you before anything costs you money.
10.Closing an account
You can stop using Noder Studio at any time. Members can delete their account in their settings. Companies can write to us at support@noder.studio.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Unless the law or safety stops us, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.
What happens to the data after that is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11.Liability
We are fully liable for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit, such as under the German Product Liability Act.
If we are slightly negligent, we are liable only when we break a duty that is essential to the service, and only for the harm that was typical and could be foreseen. In all other cases we are not liable for slight negligence.
You keep your own copies of anything important. Hiring decisions remain the company's, and so does any harm they cause.
12.Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of the page. For a change that matters to you, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.
13.Governing law
These terms follow the law of Germany. If you are a business, the courts of Berlin decide any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country you live in.
If one part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
